Our Part of Textile and LeatherWe have been exporting, ready-made garments of all types such as Denim Jeans/Jackets, Ladies Blouses, Dresses, Co-ordinate suits, Jackets, Coates, Men Shirts and Fabrics in plain, woven design and printed. Made ups articles such as Bed-Linen Upholster, Furnishing Fabrics, Cotton Bels etc. Our ready-made garments are made up of ecofriendly textiles (fabrics). An utmost care is taken that the fabrics for making garments are processed under expert guidance with quality assurance, keeping in view the use of friendly dyes, chemicals and finishing agents which are checked and confirmed as harmless (non polluting) to the users and thus friendly to the society at large. The quality of the fabrics for making garments is checked for its varius quality latest test methods. Our office consists of administrative department, in-house finishing unit quality control department, and packing store for current fabrics and materials. We have a separate unit where we do all forward fashion sampling. Regarding manufacturing we have two units of 100 machines and 9 units each having 40 to 50 machines arrangement for (fabric) lay cutting and production control. All our units function as our subsidiary branches and we find this is the most effective method of working with the point of view of labour cost effective management. All goods manufactured at these units are brought to our Okhla (New Delhi) unit for finishing and quality control and final packing. We have a capacity of approximately manufacturing 1500 garments per day, working with two shifts per day.
